How It Works
Track Your Blood Pressure Progress
BP Measurement: Once a day for the first 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, monitor your BP for 2-3 times a week. Please note that a digital BP machine is required for this activity. If you don’t have one, you may purchase from RxDx during subscription/enrolment or a store of your choice.
Make Your Data Count
All Fitbit models are compatible with CIPRA.ai app. If you don’t own a device already, you may purchase a Fitbit Inspire 2 band (black) from RxDx or any other Apple/Fitbit smartwatch from any store of your choice.
