Follow-up Policy
- One free follow-up with the same doctor and medical condition within 6 days (Billing Date+5days)
- Follow-ups on Sundays and Government Holidays are chargeable.
- NO FREE follow-up for Vaccination Consultations.
Collection of Reports
- Some lab reports may take more than 48 hours; verify with Billing/Lab.
- Lab reports are issued upon clearance of any outstanding Lab dues.
- Soft copies of lab reports will be emailed. Now you may access them via the RxDx Patient Portal app on your mobile. Scan to download.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of your request, in line with the company’s terms and conditions.
