Whether your Bangalore-based elderly loved one lives independently or with family, or you look after them from another place, our care team stays connected through the year.
A physician visits on a fixed schedule. A nurse checks in every two months — with an ECG every quarter. At month six, a blood panel reviews what matters. A dedicated WhatsApp group with the physician and programme coordinator keeps you informed, wherever you are.

Scheduled video consultations keep his physician current. The nurse visits bi-monthly — checking his blood pressure, blood glucose, and whether his medicines are being taken correctly.
His family sees the updates in the WhatsApp group. No news is good news — but they always know.

Who can enrol?
Residents of Bengaluru aged 60 and above. Both plans are available to seniors living independently, with or without a chronic condition.
Is this only for seniors with medical conditions?
No. The programme is equally designed for seniors in good health who want preventive monitoring, early detection, and the confidence of ongoing physician supervision.
My parents live in Bengaluru but I live overseas. Can they enrol?
Yes. The dedicated WhatsApp group keeps family members informed and connected, wherever they are.
Are medicines included in the plan?
Medicines can be delivered to the door when required. They are billed at actuals; applicable pharmacy discounts continue to apply.
Can the plan be paid in instalments?
Yes. No-cost and low-cost EMI options are available through our finance partners.
What happens during a medical emergency?
The programme provides coordinated medical guidance and access to RxDx services. Emergency care follows established RxDx clinical protocols.
Can the plan transfer if my parent relocates?
Within Bangalore: services continue at the nearest RxDx branch. Outside Bangalore: the plan cannot continue; a refund is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. A cancellation fee may be applicable.
Can the plan be transferred to another family member in an unforeseen situation?
Plans are non-transferable. Each plan is built around an individual’s health screening and structured around their specific health progress through the year. In such cases, a refund will be considered — please speak with our care team.
