Track Your Blood Glucose Progress
- During the program, measure your blood glucose using a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) for the first 2 weeks.
- After 2 weeks, measure your blood glucose 1-2 times per week using a regular glucometer.

All Fitbit models are compatible with CIPRA.ai app. If you don’t own a device already, you may purchase a Fitbit Inspire 2 band (black) from RxDx or any other Apple/Fitbit smartwatch from any store of your choice.
