- You want to start, but don’t know if your body is actually ready to train
You are not alone. These are exactly the challenges this programme was built to solve.
NAVA by RxDx , The Medically Supervised Body Transformation Programme
Most gyms hand you a membership card and leave you to figure out the rest. We don’t. At RxDx Clinics SAMANVAY, your body transformation begins with a full medical assessment — before a single workout. Because lasting results start with understanding your body.
The NAVA — 4-Step Protocol
Step 1: Health Check (Programme Start)
Comprehensive panel: Haemogram, Fasting Blood Sugar, Lipid Profile, HbA1c, Liver Function Test, and Treadmill Test (TMT) or 2D Echo. Conducted once at the beginning to establish your health baseline.
Step 2: Specialist Consultations
GP reviews your health check reports and conducts an initial medical screening. Your Nutritionist builds a personalised diet plan. Your Physiotherapist performs a full MSK (musculoskeletal) assessment to identify posture, movement, and injury risk factors — all before training begins.
Step 3: Structured Training
Package B participants receive personal training: 36 sessions (3-month) or 72 sessions (6-month) with a certified gym trainer, designed around your individual health profile.
Step 4: Ongoing Support
Nutrition follow-ups every 15 days, weekly swimming or hydrotherapy sessions, monthly Physio MSK reviews, and a mid-programme GP consultation to track progress.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
About The Programme
What is the NAVA by RxDx Clinics Body Transformation Package?
It is a medically supervised fitness programme that combines gym training, clinical health assessments, nutrition guidance, physiotherapy, and hydrotherapy — designed for people looking to lose weight, build muscle, improve strength, or achieve overall fitness transformation.
What makes this different from a regular gym membership?
Unlike a standard gym membership, this programme begins with a comprehensive health check and specialist consultations before any training starts. You have a GP, Nutritionist, and Physiotherapist involved in your journey — not just a gym floor and equipment.
Is this only for people who want to lose weight?
No. The programme is designed for anyone looking to transform their body — whether the goal is weight loss, muscle gain, strength building, improved fitness, or simply leading a healthier lifestyle.
How long is the programme?
Two durations are available — 3 months (90 days) and 6 months (180 days). You choose the one that suits your goals and schedule.
What is the difference between NAVA 90 and NAVA 90 + PT?
Both packages include gym membership, health check, GP consultation, nutrition consultations, weekly hydrotherapy or swimming, and monthly Physio MSK assessments. NAVA 90 + PT additionally includes personal training 36 sessions for 90 days.
About The Health Check
When is the health check conducted?
The health check is conducted once at the very beginning of the programme, before any training or consultations begin. It establishes your health baseline and helps customise the programme for you.
What tests are included in the health check?
The panel includes six tests — Haemogram, Fasting Blood Sugar (FBS), Lipid Profile, Glycated Haemoglobin (HbA1c), Liver Function Test (LFT), and a Treadmill Test (TMT) or 2D Echo for cardiac assessment.
Why is a cardiac test included in a fitness programme?
High-intensity exercise can place stress on the heart, especially in individuals with undiagnosed conditions. The TMT or 2D Echo ensures your cardiovascular health is cleared before training begins — making your programme safe from day one.
Will I receive my health check reports?
Yes. Your reports are reviewed by our General Physician during your first GP consultation, and you will receive guidance based on the findings.
About Consultations
How many times will I meet the doctor?
Two GP consultations are included — the first immediately after your health check results, and the second during the programme to review your progress and monitor any medical conditions.
How often will I meet the nutritionist?
Once every 15 days throughout the programme — 6 consultations for the 90-day programme and 12 consultations for the 180-day programme. Each session reviews your dietary progress and adjusts the plan as needed.
What does the Physio assessment involve?
The Physiotherapist evaluates your body posture, joint mobility, muscle strength, and movement patterns. This helps identify any existing pain, imbalances, or injury risks so your workout plan can be designed accordingly. Assessments are conducted once a month.
Can I use my consultations at any time, or are they scheduled?
Consultations should be booked in advance based on availability. The programme is structured with recommended intervals, but the team will work with your schedule.
About Training & Hydrotherapy
What happens during the personal training sessions?
A certified gym trainer delivers structured, personalised workouts aligned to your health profile, fitness level, and transformation goals. Sessions focus on proper technique, progressive overload, and continuous motivation. All sessions must be scheduled in advance.
I don't know how to swim. Can I still use the hydrotherapy sessions?
Absolutely. Clients who do not swim can pre-book guided Hydrotherapy sessions with our Physiotherapy team. These use water resistance for low-impact conditioning, muscle recovery, and pain relief — no swimming ability required.
Can I use the gym freely outside of personal training sessions?
Yes. Your gym membership gives you access to the facility during designated member hours for the full duration of the programme, independent of your scheduled PT sessions.
Eligibility & Health Conditions
Can I join if I have a pre-existing medical condition such as diabetes or hypertension?
In most cases, yes. Your GP consultation post-health check will assess your fitness readiness and prescribe any necessary precautions. The programme is specifically designed to accommodate people with health conditions by starting with a thorough medical review.
Is there an age restriction for the programme?
The programme is primarily designed for adults between 25 and 45 years. If you are outside this range and interested, speak with our team — suitability will be assessed on an individual basis during the initial consultation.
I have a history of joint or back pain. Is this programme safe for me?
Yes. The Physio MSK assessment at the start of the programme is specifically designed to identify such issues. Your Physiotherapist will provide corrective guidance and ensure your training plan avoids aggravating existing conditions.
Pricing & Booking
Is the 20% offer available for a limited time?
Yes, this is a launch offer and is available for a limited period. We recommend booking early to secure the offer price.
