About the Programme Structure

What is the difference between the 90 and 180-day programmes?

Both include the full 6-component structure — medical evaluation, diagnostics, nutrition, physio, hydrotherapy, and exercise conditioning. The 180-day programme adds extended monitoring, more consultations, more sessions, and longer time for lifestyle habits to consolidate into lasting change.

What is the difference between NAVA and NAVA Advanced?

NAVA includes gym membership and all clinical components. NAVA Advanced adds certified personal training — 36 sessions (90 days) or 72 sessions (180 days) — structured around your clinical profile and health objectives.

When does the diagnostic health check happen?

At programme entry, before anything else starts. Reports are reviewed by your GP in your first consultation. The findings shape everything that follows: your nutrition plan, your physio priorities, your exercise design.

What is the Physio MSK assessment?

A structured evaluation of posture, joint mobility, movement patterns, and musculoskeletal limitations — conducted by a qualified physiotherapist before your training design is finalised. Conducted monthly to track functional improvement.

I don’t swim. Can I still use the hydrotherapy sessions?

Yes. Guided hydrotherapy is available for non-swimmers, using water resistance for low-impact conditioning, recovery, and mobility support.

Eligibility

Can I join with a pre-existing condition such as diabetes or hypertension?

In most cases, yes. The programme is specifically designed to support individuals with metabolic and lifestyle-related health conditions. Your GP consultation after the health check will assess fitness readiness and prescribe appropriate precautions.

Is there an age restriction?

The programme is designed for adults between 25 and 55 years. Those outside this range are assessed individually during the initial consultation.

I have joint or back pain. Is this safe for me?

Yes. The Physio MSK assessment identifies existing conditions before any training begins. Your Physiotherapist will provide corrective guidance to ensure training does not aggravate existing issues.

Covovax

It’s the Indian version of Novavax which is already available in the European market.
Covovax is a “SARS-CoV-2 rS Protein (COVID-19) recombinant spike protein Nanoparticle Vaccine” administered intramuscularly, preferably in the deltoid muscle. It is the 2nd one manufactured by Serum Institute of India (SII) besides the Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine Covishield.
