When should you get tested for COVID19 Rapid Antigen Test?
Should get tested once between day 5 and day 10 of coming into contacts with a COVID19 positive patient.
Can the antigen tests be conducted on-site Test?
Yes, the tests can be conducted on-site under strict medical supervision and within one hour of sample collection in extraction buffer.
How much does the Rapid Antigen Test for COVID-19 cost at RxDx?
A home visit for the same will cost ₹400/- extra within a 5 km radius of our branches

If my Antigen Test results are negative, can I get a confirmatory RT-PCR Test done at RxDx?
Yes, RT-PCR Test facility is available at RxDx Whitefield branch in Bengaluru. To book a test, please follow these steps
- Call 080 4926 1111 to book an RT-PCR Test and provide your name, contact number and email ID
- Our Care Team will contact you for scheduling your test. They will collect your relevant details and Antigen Test Report and will send you a link for making a payment towards the test
- On the day of the test, report at the Fever Clinic in RxDx Whitefield branch as per schedule

- Care team will hand over a sanitized kit to you and will direct you to the RT-PCR sample collection booth
- After your sample is collected, you may exit from the dedicated gate

According to the ICMR, if the test shows a positive result, it should be considered as true positive, and does not need reconfirmation. However, those who test negative in the rapid antigen test should then be tested by RT-PCR to rule out infection.
