Dr Harish completed his MBBS from Bangalore Medical College, followed by MD in Paediatrics from Government Medical College, Nagpur. He then pursued specialised fellowship training in Paediatric Cardiology, where he gained extensive hands-on experience in diagnostic, interventional, and intensive care cardiology for newborns, infants, and children.
As a practising Paediatric Cardiologist in Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Dr Harish provides comprehensive care for congenital heart diseases, paediatric cardiac emergencies, and interventional cardiology procedures. He has been actively involved in managing both acyanotic and cyanotic congenital heart defects, including conditions such as ASD, VSD, PDA, TOF, TGA, TAPVC, pulmonary atresia, and complex congenital heart diseases.
Dr Harish has strong expertise in paediatric cardiac catheterisation and interventional procedures, having performed a wide range of procedures as a primary operator. These include ASD, VSD, and PDA device closures, balloon pulmonary and aortic valvotomy, coarctation interventions, pacemaker implantation, stenting procedures, and pericardiocentesis. He is also skilled in transthoracic and transoesophageal echocardiography (TTE and TEE), enabling accurate diagnosis, procedural guidance, and long-term follow-up.
In addition to interventional care, Dr Harish is experienced in paediatric cardiac intensive care, including ventilator management, perioperative cardiac care, heart failure management, arrhythmia control, and post-surgical monitoring. His clinical background includes working in tertiary cardiac centres and academic environments, contributing to both high-quality patient care and medical education.
