FAQs
How this package helps
The problem
- Busy schedules + fasting + travel = skipped health checks.
- Fragmented providers lead to repeat visits and delayed reports.
- Results often arrive without clear next steps, so people postpone care.
How RxDx solves it
- Your way: Home Collection (doorstep) or In Clinic (at an RxDx centre).
- Fast & coordinated: One slot, trained phlebotomy, strict protocol to maintain chain of custody, NABL accredited lab.
- Speed: Most results same day; maximum TAT of 24 hours.
- Convenience:
- End-to-end RxDx network (collection → lab → consult) reduces back and forth, keeps quality consistent, and saves time.
- Transparent package, secure digital delivery, and Patient Portal access.
IMPORTANT
Once you place your order, our Patient Care Team will contact you within 6 working hours to confirm your mode (Home / In Clinic), date/time, branch (for in clinic), address (for home), and pre test instructions.
Tip: Morning slots are ideal for fasting samples.
